I moved to Sydney! by Erin Repp

It’s important to travel and move and have a continual set of experiences so you’ve got more to feed back into your work. For me, it’s a natural thing.

Last week I packed all my things into a suitcase, threw my guitar on my back and headed off to Sydney, Australia!

I'll be here for at least a year, continuing to work as an actor in Sydney's thriving theatre scene, and taking a few courses throughout the city as well. I am so excited to explore a new part of the world and to join the incredible artistic community in Australia.

Check back here for updates, I will also have a more detailed blog if you care to keep up with my daily life down under!

Cheers mates!

I was just in the background for this project, but had a great time working with these ladies and filming at Linen Hall, where I bartend 4 nights a week! Take a look at the film, and then come see me at Linen Hall for a drink!

Voice Over Workshop with Andy Roth by Erin Repp

I just finished a four week voice over workshop with one of New York's leading casting directors, and all-around great guy, Andy Roth!

We focused mainly on commercial voice over, but also learned about character reads, for things like animation and video games, and promotions, for certain television networks or programs. I learned so much more about the voice over industry, and had a ton of fun trying out different commercial reads, and playing around with characters. I enjoyed it so much that I purchased my own microphone for at-home recording, and now I'm ready to go!

Check out a clip from one of my commercial reads in class, and stay tuned for more voice over updates!
